On the final day of the Delphi Economic Forum, with journalists Ms. Elena Papadimitriou and Mr. Nikos Andritsos as moderators, I participated as a “Young Leader”, speaking about modern entrepreneurship and what “Collaboration and Leadership for Sustainability” means for Manifest.

As part of the communication and extroverted spirit that defines it, Manifest could only be the Grand Sponsor of the Panhellenic Meeting on the Strategic Role of Facility Management, at the 2nd Facility Management Conference organized by Boussias Communications (Wednesday, December 17, 2014, central Athens hotel).
With the message “Map out the future yourselves and leave the rest to us”, Manifest participated alongside leading retail companies at the Self Service CEO Forum 2015, organized by Self Service magazine (March 17, 2015, Daïs Conference Venue).
In my speech, I presented and substantiated with the undeniable accuracy of numbers the way in which the emerging field of Facility Management can increase supermarkets’ profit margins.
At the “HR IN ACTION” 2015 conference, organized on June 30, 2015 by HR Professional, representing Manifest, I emphasized that a clear corporate vision, rewarding people and maintaining high morale are among the core ingredients of a company’s “treasury”, while noting that its guardians are the managers and executives of the human resources department.
I believe that vision is the driving force of an organization — one of its three core pillars, alongside its people and the processes that define it. In this sense, everyone in the Manifest team carries a specific mission for Greece: to strive to make our country better.
That is how I shared the vision of our company with Manifest’s people and friends during the 2016 New Year event (February 13, 2016, EEDΕ Exhibition Center).

Boussias Communications and Plant Management, recognizing the need of the rapidly evolving Facility Management sector, organized on May 27 the first Facility Management Conference, the first nationwide meeting on the strategic role of facility management, with Manifest as the major sponsor.
The conference was completed with absolute success and is set to become a benchmark institution for the sector. Manifest’s presence stood out: through the speeches of colleagues as well as my own presentation, we informed participants about the company’s course and its successful effort to contribute to the development of the industry.
