Think Like a Winner
My Beliefs
In this section, I would like to briefly and simply share my beliefs with you – the core principles that have guided my thinking and actions over the years, both in my entrepreneurial journey and in my personal life.
Leadership
I believe in a simple, clear, and democratic style of leadership, where everyone is equal.
There are no superiors or subordinates – only clearly defined roles and corresponding responsibilities.
My approach is not original. I have drawn inspiration from leadership models applied by great individuals and entrepreneurs long before me, whose work I admire and have studied since the beginning of my journey.
The leaders within my companies are “grown” internally. They are individuals who start from entry-level positions and gradually evolve.
My goal is to create as many millionaires as possible!
I recognize leadership potential in those who possess it and invest time and energy in helping them cultivate and develop it – with commitment and dedication to their training, mentoring, and guidance.
Through this process, the leaders of my companies emerge. They are given substantial autonomy and freedom in decision-making.
With absolute confidence in this philosophy, I choose to step away from the Boards of Directors of my companies, allowing new leaders the space to grow and excel.
Mindset
My mindset is built on two fundamental pillars: a positive attitude and a winner’s mentality.
A positive approach to every situation has played a decisive role in my development. I adopted it early on – long before reaching where I am today. I choose to face challenges with optimism, to see opportunities within problems, and to remain calm even under the most demanding conditions.
At the same time, I operate with a winner’s mindset. No matter what the obstacles, I persist with determination, hard work, and focus on the goal until the desired result is achieved.
Principles
The principles that govern my life and businesses serve as a daily reminder for both me and my colleagues. They are displayed in various places within our workspace – not just declared but actively practiced.
First and foremost is respect for people.
Respect for every individual, regardless of position, gender, age, nationality, religion, preferences, or anything else.
Respect is the highest value for me – both as a person and as an entrepreneur.
Integrity is equally important.
I deeply appreciate people who do the right thing, even when no one is watching. I strive to act in the same way in every aspect of my life, both professionally and personally, leading by example.
Finally, generosity – combined with genuine care and attention to detail – forms another value I uphold. I admire people who are generous and who care so much about what they offer that they pay attention to every detail.
